Cahillton wines are made from grapes grown on our vineyard in the Yarra Valley. Our aim is to produce unique wines which show the full expression of their varietal and regional origins. The crop levels are low and minimal irrigation is applied.
Through traditional winemaking practices we produce elegant, complex and balanced wines. We make wines that are intended to accompany food, rather than overblown simple fruit driven wines
